Introduction: Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) is caused by inflammation of the ligaments and muscles surrounding joints. TMD associated with several comorbidities, one these comorbidities are otological problems. The symptoms related to tinnitus, otalgia, ear fullness, Vertigo. Vertigo observed in many diseases etiologic factors should be investigated increase efficiency treatment Objective Here we assess VNG cVEMP findings patients via objective vestibular testing tools including recordings. Here, compare cervical evoked myogenic potentials (cVEMP) caloric test, which more sensitive test for explanation among vertigo. Methods This study was carried out on three groups subjects 20 normal bilateral hearing sensitivity free from symptoms, complaining but not vertigo, Results : Finding vertigo significant than without supports relationship between stomatognathic systems. Conclusion a otolaryngology it's able identify patients.
